Dear Community,

We are thrilled to share that our very first Diwali Sandhya Classical and Semi-Classical Music Event was a grand success! This special occasion, hosted by MH Marathi Shala & Community, was held on the evening of October 27th, 2024, and was nothing short of magical.

It was the first time we hosted such a musical evening, and it truly exceeded expectations. More than 80 classical music lovers gathered to celebrate Diwali with an enchanting evening filled with breathtaking performances. The artists showcased their exceptional talent, and their command over classical music left the audience mesmerized. The “bhakti” and passion they poured into their art were evident throughout the event.

A special mention goes to Jagdish Kulkarni ji, who hosted the event with amazing insights into the music industry. His deep knowledge, combined with the cultural history and geography that he effortlessly brought to life, made the evening even more engaging and enriching.

We were honored to feature such talented artists as Rigved Barve, Anahita Mane, Prisha Ayachit, and Abhishek Mogre, who each brought their unique touch to the evening. Along with the musicians, the performances kicked off the Diwali celebrations in style and left us all spellbound. Many attendees expressed how fortunate they felt to witness such a spectacular event and shared their excitement about future events.

We are also excited to share that we received numerous requests for future events such as Diwali Pahat, Diwali Sandhya, and Kirtan, which we are planning for 2025! Your participation and enthusiasm are key to the success of our community-driven programs, and we are committed to making these events even more impactful in the future.
