Today’s Marathi Shala session was filled with interactive learning, storytelling, and fun activities while following our mantra of ‘हसत खेळत शिका’ (Learn with Joy)! We had an amazing turnout with 50 students—Batch 1 (30 students) and Batch 2 (20 students).
Batch 1 – Group 1 Highlights
- Started with Prarthana to set a positive tone.
- Learned and revised Swar and Vyanjan.
- Listened to a motivational story on kindness shared by the teacher.
- Enjoyed singing ‘Yere Yere Pausa’, making learning more engaging.
- Started writing practice with Swar, helping build their writing skills.
- Homework: Practice Vakratunda Mahakaya Shloka and continue writing practice at home.
Batch 1 – Group 2 Highlights
- Began with Prarthana and Ganesha Aarti.
- Split into two groups where each student was given one letter and had to form words—surprisingly, students came up with 15+ words per letter!
- Learned through storytelling, where the teacher narrated three stories, followed by a Q&A session with five questions that students answered in full Marathi sentences.
Batch 2 – Group 1 & Group 2 Highlights
- Started the session with Manache Shlokas, Pasayadan, and Ganesha Aarti.
- Group 1: Revised Swar, Vyanjan, Colors, and Ank (numbers), followed by writing practice.
- Group 2: Focused on creating and writing small sentences, strengthening their sentence formation skills.
- The session ended with a fun Word Game played by both Batch 2 Group 1 & Group 2.
Manteca Shala Session Updates:

२. अक्षर अ, आ, इ , ई, उ ,ऊ ,ओ,औ, ए, ऐ, अं ,अः , क , प, र, स या अक्षरांचा सराव केला .
३. अक्षर ग शिकलो.
४. अंक ७ शिकलो.
५. १ ते ६ अंकांचा गाण्यातून सराव घेतला.
६. मुंगी आणि कबुतर ही गोष्ट सांगितली.
७. मुळाक्षरांची २ गाणी बघितली .
A Day of Learning & Fun!
Today’s session was very productive and informative, combining language learning, cultural teachings, and interactive activities. Kids enjoyed the hands-on approach, and we continue to encourage learning through games, stories, and creative exercises.
