Last Saturday’s Marathi Shala session was a great success, with a total of 39 enthusiastic kids attending. The dedication and energy displayed by both the students and teachers made the session truly memorable. Here’s a detailed recap of the activities and lessons from the session:

- Teaching Swar (Vowels): The teacher guided the students through a recap of Swar knowledge, emphasizing pronunciation and usage in daily conversations.
- Building Vocabulary: Through general conversations, kids learned how to use Marathi words effectively.
- Marathi Ank (Numbers): Teachers checked the children’s understanding of Marathi numbers and ensured they were progressing well.
- Homework: Students were assigned to watch and listen to Marathi Badabad Gite to reinforce their learning.

- Combining Swar and Vyanjane: Students began learning how to combine these to form new words.
- Days and Numbers: Kids practiced saying days of the week and counting from 1 to 20 in Marathi.
- Conversational Skills: Fun activities helped the kids improve their ability to converse naturally in Marathi.
- Homework: Students were tasked to complete writing exercises for Swar and Vyanjane.

- Homework: Students were asked to recap Swar, Vyanjane, and Ank (numbers) in Marathi.

Teachers are planning oral and written assessments to evaluate the students’ progress. Here are the details:
Batch 1: Primarily oral assessments to be conducted during the last week of January 2025 (January 25th and 26th).
Batch 2: Both oral and written assessments will be carried out.
